This budget was initially created by the PTO President looking at where the monies had gone in the past, and keeping in mind what the PTO has been created to do for the students and the school. The budget was presented at a general meeting in May 2012 and was unanimously approved. Since then a few changes were made and approved at the Officer's Meeting in August 2012.
